…the kind where you’ve already left. I was always a bit nervous about doing a home tour while I lived in the home because of the whole privacy thing, but the honest truth is because I’m just not that motivated to clean my house to a point where I can take some nice photos. You know what though? “Relocation” is a great motivator! We needed photos for the listing agent to put on MLS so I gritted my teeth, threw all my clutter into bins, borrowed a big camera from a friend and got to work. Here is my MLS listing home tour… not staged to show off my home decor, but rather staged to show the great bones of the house.
I’ve included a few before shots where I have them (yes, they’re horrible. They’re from days when I didn’t know the front end of a camera), and links to posts for more details. The before photos were really to show off how terrible the floors were before we had them refinished, and the lack of some before photos is because we did most of the painting before we moved in, and well before I knew I should take photos for this blog thing.

Now you see why I’m so sad to be leaving this home. A lot of blood, sweat and tears have gone into this place!
What a gorgeous space! You should be so proud, ChiWei, of everything you have accomplished there! I know you’ll be using your super powers in your next space… I can’t wait to see what you do when you finally put down your roots again. 🙂
Great space! I particularly love the living room. Haha, I hear you on taking whole house photos—when will my house ever be clean enough for that? It’s my goal to have taken them by our own year anniversary here.
What a great house. You really made it a home and it was spectacular. Best wishes for your move and the new adventure!!
Your home is GORGEOUS!!!! Love the befores and afters 🙂
Thank you Gabby!
Thank you Anna!
Thanks lady! I’ll be using all the great stuff I learned at Haven to spruce up the new place for sure!
I see your blog post and there is many good location with awesome decoration which attracts me towards it. A person who manage their home well so definitely he or she deserves appreciation.
Do not worry, please play together, and that’s what I need.
It looks like which i are concerned about my own personal information, not necessarily a different inividual in my small analysis.
Your share is the great knowledge I have gathered, you are an important person I admire, thank you
