Just like with the Mouse graph from last time, this little guy’s name is also up for debate. I call him my Zoodiacs Ox c2c crochet graph, but I guess he’s really just a cow. Not a dairy cow, mind you, which I guess is why I want to call him an ox. I like to think of him as bigger, burlier and pulling wagons on the Oregon Trail or working on terraced rice paddies in rural China.
Putting a red background on this particular square was not really meant to indicate he’s a Christmas ox. I just happen to really love the vibrancy of the Loops and Threads Impeccables Cherry yarn, and thought it went well with brown. But hey, he can be a Christmas ox if you’d like him to be, or he could be reinterpreted as a reindeer even!

Zoodiacs Ox C2C Graph
If you missed a Zoodiacs post, you can always find all of the graphs available on my Zoodiacs page. I’ll be adding new animals there, as well as fleshing out different ideas related to the Zoodiacs.
I’d love to see your Zoodiacs animals, so share with me on Facebook or tag me (@1dogwoof) on Instagram!
I would love to do just the ox in just a larger version. Do you have any graphs where it is 48×48 blocks?
Hi Taryn, sorry, I don’t have any graphs that are scaleable. You can probably scale up by 4 but it’ll be really big!
should i use a size i or j hook? great pattern btw!
Hi
I want to made the zodiac blanket please help me thankful
hello
I am a beginner…
If I want a bigger blanket so the squares in my picture graph should be smaller? or I can decide in advanced that each “big” square in the graph equal 3 row (or more)?
Quiero agradecerte todo tu esfuerzo en este trabajo y además el que lo permitas utilizar como un regalo. Me encanta la idea y lo hare para la cama de mi nieto. Gracias y bendiciones para ti.
