Whew, Day 12! Here’s the last gift tag of my little series. I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing my ideas! I’ll be putting together a roundup of all 12 so you can have them all in one handy place.
I figured I’d leave the easiest one for last, which is a bit of a good thing, since hubby has been sick for a week, and the exhaustion of taking care of everyone is starting to creep up on me. Even if you don’t have a Silhouette or a card punch or fabric or felt or buttons or stamps, you can still make a fun gift tag for your Christmas gift giving. All you need is a marker or a Sharpie!
This gift tag sort of reminds me of the Macy’s logo, probably because of the red star with the black ink. Super simple right? I do have to say though, if you’re going to draw this Christmas tree free hand, you kind of have to take a deep breath and just DO IT in one shot. I tried being all exact and artistic and it didn’t have the right level of artsy sloppiness. It turns out better when you just let it all out on the paper at once, sort of like throwing paint on a canvas – don’t think too hard about how it’s going to come out!
Well, that’s the end of this little journey! Hopefully you have plenty of ideas to spruce up your gift wrapping this season! I’m going to find a small dark place and try to take a nap 🙂

Now this is right up my alley, even with my minimal artistic abilities I could probably handle this. So simple but so cute! Love it.
Simply perfect!
So cute! I love its simplicity!
Thanks Tara, I also love the simple ones!
Thank you Carolyn!
Thanks Rachel! A quick craft like this means more sleep for mama!
What are the dimension of the tag…did you make them yourself or buy them?
